We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase on Ketolytic.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you receive it, and with a receipt or proof of purchase to ensure full credit.

Our Standard Return policies do not apply to downloadable software products.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@ketolytic.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and further assist you. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted by your bank or credit card company.
